On Wednesday 18th April, we are holding a fundraising pub quiz and raffle at The Crown Inn in Trelawnyd. Starts at 7.30 pm. Everyone very welcome.
On Monday 7th May, we are holding a car treasure hunt starting from The Crown Inn, Trelawnyd at 4 pm. Entry is £2.50 per adult (children free), including bbq afterwards at The Crown. Join us and make the most of Bank Holiday Monday!

Events for Countryside Day Saturday 2nd June
Saturday 2nd June is our Countryside Pursuits Day. Some of the events we have planned include:
- Gymkhana
- Dog show
- Clay pigeon shooting
- Archery
- Air rifle range
- Sheep racing
- Tug of war
- Wellie throwing
Carnival Day Sunday 3rd June
This is the day of the carnival and will start with a procession of carnival queens through the village. We are then holding the "Big Lunch", part of a national event of "big lunches" throughout the UK. Various events will follow, including:
- Wheelbarrow and three-legged races
- Games
- Face painting
- Football match
- History trail
- Stalls
- Trelawnyd's Got Talent
- X-Box Wars
Trelawnyd Carnival Open Meeting 15th March
On Thursday 15th March, we will be holding an Open Meeting for everyone interested in finding out about the Trelawnyd Carnival which is to be held on 2nd and 3rd June 2012 to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. The Committe is hoping to hear your ideas and comments (we are also looking for volunteers to help on both days!), so come along and make your voice heard. This is an event for the community of Trelawnyd and we want to involve everyone in and around the village as much as possible.
